Entering the Inner Sanctuary
Enter this sanctuary time by settling down, becoming quiet, and breathing deeply a few breaths. Remind yourself you are in the Presence of Love. This place you are entering, within, is the inner Temple. Here, you are One with Spirit and all persons, and Nature. You may use a mantra, or prayer phrase, follow the breathing in-and-out, or witness the arising and falling of all around you as the manifestation of universal-Grace. Enjoy these moments of Quiet and come out when you are ready. The following video is provided, for those who would like meditative music to accompany your Quiet contemplation:

We are the world; we are One. Major changes face us as a world community. We need persons who align with Spirit, who are powerful persons. The exercise of True Power, the Power of Love, will make the difference in the years ahead, for us all, together. Now, we cannot afford to be and live weak of heart, we must stand together strongly, lovingly, and with resolve to create a better future, one of justice and peace for all, and our planet.
This is an Energy-Prayer for connecting with Source in power. This power allows us to co-create in union with the Infinite Power. Pray each line with intent, consent, and feeling. Adapt the prayer, as you wish.
Great Spirit I am your ears for you to hear with
I am your eyes for you to see with
I am your emotions for you to feel with
I am your voice for you to express through
My arms are for you to hold with
My hands are for you to touch with
My feet are for you to walk with
I am your instrument, your tool for expression
Use my mind and brain to think with
Use my experience to know your creation with
I am your lens to view your creation through
Great Spirit I am your partner and you are mine
Together we will create
Together we will show kindness and compassion
Together we will be generous
Together we will love and play and enjoy
You are with me, therefore, I am whole
Together we will create a healing presence for all to benefit
We are partners for good, for love, for joy
And let us together join others in partnership in your name
